Course Description

This course is a 32-hour course that is designed to train instructors prior to delivery of the 8 hour SB 1350 Law Enforcement Response to Terrorism (LERT) class that has been included in the Basic Course as part of LD 43. Course is eligible for Continuing Professional Training (CPT) credit.

The Target Audience are Instructors from the basic course that will be presenting Learning Domain 43 instruction.

Reimbursement Plan IV: There is no tuition for POST reimbursable agencies. While student travel and per diem reimbursement are normally reimbursable via Training Reimbursement Request (TRR) for this course, POST has temporarily suspended tuition and travel reimbursement for all POST Plan IV courses, with the exception of contract classes and those outlined in Attachment A of the POST Bulletin No. 2017-01. This course is not listed as an exempt course.

Non-Reimbursable agencies: Tuition is $898.00. There is no reimbursement for travel and per diem.
