Course Description

Conflict can be a reality of life in the workplace. The causes range from our own personal interest, the behavior of others, and the natural differences in our values and goals. Your ability to manage or resolve these conflicts will greatly impact your ability to be effective in the workplace; it could even influence your ability to achieve personal happiness. This course will teach you to recognize and understand the human factors that lead to conflict, and to apply conflict management and resolution techniques. Learn to move beyond the destructive effects of conflict, and leverage the professional and personal growth that comes from working through the very real human causes of our conflicts.

Course Fee: $150.00

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class will not be charged. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded. Cancellations received ten (10) or less business days before the start of the class will be charged at full price. This late cancellation charge compensates RTC for the non-refundable costs incurred prior to the start date of the course.
No Shows: A No Show on the day of the class will result in a full charge for the class.
